This page explains in plain language what this site is, how it makes money, and what that means for you as a caller. No fine print, no surprises.
If there is a gas smell, a downed power line, or a risk of collapse, leave the area and call 911 first.
What this site is
This website is a referral service for storm damage repair in the DeBary, Florida area. We are not a contractor, we do not perform repair work, and we do not hold a Florida contractor license.
When you call or request a callback, we connect you with an independent local contractor who does the kind of work you need. Any hiring decision, contract, and payment happens directly between you and that contractor — we are not a party to it, and we do not supervise the work.
How we make money
We may be paid by the contractors we connect you with — for example, a fee for each qualified call or referral we send their way. That is how a referral service stays in business.
This does not cost you anything. Callers are never charged for using this site or for being connected with a contractor. The contractor pays us, not you — and whatever you pay the contractor is strictly between you and them.
What we don't do
We do not perform repairs, guarantee any contractor's work, or promise any particular result, timeline, or price. We also do not verify every claim a contractor makes about themselves.
Before hiring anyone for storm work in Florida, look up their license yourself at the Florida DBPR license search and ask for proof of insurance. After a major storm, out-of-town crews flood in — a local license and a local address are worth checking.
Why we're telling you this
Because you deserve to know who you are talking to before you describe the damage to your home. A referral service can only be useful if it is honest about what it is — so we put it here, on our how-it-works page, and in a short disclosure box on every service page.
How this referral service works goes into more detail, and contact us if anything here is unclear.
