Your privacy
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and what choices you have. We wrote it in plain language because privacy policies should be readable.
If there is a gas smell, a downed power line, or a risk of collapse, leave the area and call 911 first.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to connect you with a contractor:
- Callback form details: your name, phone number, ZIP code, and the damage details you choose to share.
- Call metadata: when you call the number on this site, our call-tracking platform logs the time, duration, caller area code, and which page you called from. (Platform to be confirmed before launch.)
- Analytics: basic, aggregated usage data — which pages are visited and which buttons are tapped — collected only after you interact with the page.
We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, or insurance policy numbers. Please do not submit those through the callback form.
Call tracking and recording
Calls to the number on this site are routed through our call-tracking system so we can connect you with the right contractor and measure how the site is performing.
Florida is an all-party-consent state for call recording. If call recording is enabled, an audible disclosure — “this call may be recorded for quality purposes” — plays at the start of the call. If you do not want to be recorded, say so when the call connects or use the callback form instead.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, and it loads only after you interact with a page — never before. It tells us things like which pages get visited and which call buttons get tapped, in aggregate. It does not tell us who you are.
You can block analytics with your browser's cookie controls or a standard ad blocker; the site works fine without it.
How we share your information
We share your information only where the service requires it:
- With the contractor we connect you with — your name, phone number, and damage details, so they can call you back or take your call.
- With service providers that run the site's infrastructure — hosting, the callback form handler, and the call-tracking platform — under their own privacy obligations.
- When required by law — for example, a valid court order.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers, advertisers, or anyone else not listed above.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted through the callback form — just contact us and we will handle it. If you ever receive texts related to a callback request and want them to stop, reply STOP and we will honor it promptly.
You can also simply not use the form: calling the number on the site connects you directly without submitting anything in writing.
Data retention
We keep callback form submissions only as long as needed to connect you with a contractor and handle any follow-up or dispute about the referral — typically no longer than 24 months — then we delete them. Call metadata is kept according to our call-tracking platform's policy. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will.
Contact
Questions about this policy or your data? Contact us and we will answer. If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date below so you can tell.
